I would give them "NO stars" if I could. Girls in the office? Excellent! 5 stars all the way! The "Techs"? 0 stars. Lost, confused and untalented. My truck will never enter their shop again. Worse repair service I've ever experienced in 36 years of driving.

500 to just look at your equipment. Be prepared to pay people to stand around and over charged. They don't care about you coming back and being a returning customer... Rochester NY just as bad really no surprise. Same company.
