AFC Urgent Care Midlothian

Nurse Practitioner was thorough and professional! Receptionist was also very friendly! We would use this Health Care Facility again!

What’s the point of making an appointment in advance, arriving as the first patient (before several staff) and checking in prior to the appointment only to get called after folks who didn’t make appointments? Almost an hour later and haven’t see anyone. What did I do wrong here?
