Whoever is answering the phones there should not be. Has zero idea what is going on at all. Said someone would call me back because "they were kinda busy". She just kept saying I dont know, and I think so. On a good note it made me not use this company and it looks like the reviews are bad so glad I wont be.

The staff is rude. Every staff member I encountered there on multiple occasions. Small cramped outdated waiting room.
