Terrible service there always slow never never really care about the patient it's sad to see The Palms of Pasadena HCA Hospital treats for patients like this it's terrible they should work on how they treat their patients and how they service them when it says it's a 2-minute wait turns out to be 3 hours long before you actually going to see somebody then nobody actually sees you this is not happening on once we sat in the hospital there for hours before somebody has scene it's very very sad that a hospital that makes millions of dollars does this to their patients

Very caring and knowledgable team over there. Shout out to Dr Williams, Nurse Patty and all the rest. Made my stint in the ER less frightening. Thank you!

The entire experience went flawlessly. From the time of the check-in to completion of the procedure I was in and out in 35 min. That included a total waiting time of 5 min.
