Rude staff. Have never been to such a rude medical staff before in my life. It feels like you’re at a job agency of some sort than a medical facility. I don’t know how to explain it. “Doctor” Rosangel Santiago is very rude and gives off a negative stale vibe. Talks to you like you’re stupid and like you’re annoying her.
