The ladies at the counter are extremely nice and fun. It was a pretty seamless process. I was getting a drug screening for my job. It took a little longer than I had hoped but overall not bad

Long wait times.

I went there, waited 50 minutes, then was told to fill the cup up. I filled it , the helper couldn't see the big temperature mark on the side and wanted me to fill it again immediately! She couldn't read the computer screen and cost me a job. They should be either closed or trained properly.
