Med One Care PA

Worst staff ever, the PA was nice but the front desk and overall staff have absolutely no bed side manner. As soon as you walk up to the front desk you automatically feel like no one wants to help you or see what you want , I do not understand how the owner allows this .

I have been a patient here for 4 years and I have had to wait a long time, but I’ve never been treated so poorly at a doctor’s office before. The medical assistant came in without any “hello”, didn’t ask about my symptoms, took my vitals …

Literally the worst!!! If you don't have 2-3 hours to wait don't bother! Females at desk are dry and grumpy. I seen 2 ppl have to start the 2hour wait over for stepping out to take calls even though they don't tell you before hand that you can't step out lobby before being placed at end of list. The water fountain is shut down.
