Slow service. Check-in was ridiculous, room full of people, never greated by any employees. You can tell they don't care about their jobs or customers.

Check-in was ridiculous, no one greeted me and I had to figure out what to do.They ended up charging an extra dollar because I didn’t have a mask on.
