The staff is very unprofessional. Rashed is rude and does not care about patients. I heard him yelling at staff while I was sitting in the room across the nursing desk. He is very short and talks over you. How does a medical facility function like this! Terrible service!!!

Worst customer service and mismanaged ever. One patient per hour two hour wait.
