Ottumwa Regional Health Center

Why do they ask you to violate hippa rules and want to know if your records can be entered into a national data base !? Horrible place. Some Dr's should be fired !

I had a wonderful experience at the Ottumwa Regional Health Center. The doctors, nurses, and staff were very polite, caring, and professional. I'm thinking that the people complaining on this review are the types that complain about everything, or were upset that they were there in the first place.
