Idiots took my Id and held it without telling me. I had to search for it everywhere.

I was told it's against federal regulations to allow me to use a urinal hat to provide a urine sample. I don't believe that at all it's the same thing as pee'ing in a cup but it allows more comfortability and control. I really hate this place. They've treated me like dirt every time I've been there which has been twice so far.
