I couldn’t find a worse customer service team if I tried. Abhorrently rude and only perk up when they get to tell you any form of bad news or that you need to wait on them to do things on their schedule

Should have listened to the reviews but it was the closer to my job. The woman at the desk was super nasty and not polite. I dont Understand why she was giving me such attitude and a hard time to get a test done. I walked out during sign in to go to a different testing lab. Horrible treatment here.
