Lorraine is absolutely incredible and knows her stuff. Every time I come she goes above and beyond to service me. Sometimes I don’t even know terminology on parts or what I’m looking for and she does. She is hard working and I wanna thank her for all she does to make me feel like a valued customer!

There's two nice people I've met there, Paula and Shannon, Excel need to do better with their service charge it is outrageous.
