Why does it take forever to get a car?

Even though I don't own a freightliner anymore, I still stop and shop for accessories, hoses,coolant, batteries and some flatbed equipment. Mr.Phil in service was AWESOME. The parts staff are all very nice and knowledgeable of their work.
