Valley Freightliner, Western Star Trucks of Cleveland

Great and friendly guys. I work with them more than 10 years for my trucking company and truck repair shop business.

We needed a part for a customer's truck. I called Valley Freightliner. They had the part and we picked it up the next day. Customer was very happy. Valley Freightliners parts department are very good at what they do.

You can not reach no one on Saturday at parts department, they pick up phone, put you on hold and after 30 minutes hold time just hang up, did that for 2 times.
