Made an appointment. Was told my windshield would be ordered. Took the day off work. Arrived at the time I had arranged. Windshield WASN'T ordered and I WAS NOT on the schedule. Woman at the desk never offered to make another appointment, simply repeated, "you're not on the schedule" over and over. Wasted day.
