They are friendly but unless you want to have your truck down for 1-2 weeks for a minor repair that should take less than a day, you will go somewhere else. They will tell you they'll look at it today or tomorrow, then won't even look at your truck for a week! The York Kenworth is the only place I'll go in York from now on.
