Worst place to order parts, I'm here for 1 hr and 25 minutes waiting to pick up parts and 4 more ppl in front of me. Only 1 person in the counter.

They need to change their name from Rush to Slow - literally the slowest service ever. Will have a line of 4 people and it will take 45 minutes.

Are these people serious? First time in the store to get a part for my truck and the wait was 30 minutes. One person on the counter serving customers. Despite calling in, giving them the vin, I was given the wrong part. I called and was …
