Severely disappointed. We are a volunteer fire department and they have done nothing but let us down. Our critical truck has been out of service with them since early April. Has been usable 3 or 4 days of all that time. Repairs claimed but …

Had to go in person. Parts department has some great people, but phone service is awful.
