It will work as something small to tide you over but this is definitely one of the smaller 7/11s on the turnpike. No hot food, a small selection of sandwiches and drinks. If you don't need it, gas it might be worth waiting for the next rest stop.

The only thing open at 9:30pm at this rest stop. Got gas, a soda and some chips... they had sandwiches and a few things that could tide you over.
