NO SHOWERS! The owner said there is no water but the restrooms and coffee station work. ?? Dirt, unlevel lot that that they want you to pay to park in. I hope they have security to go with that fee. Tight spaced convenience store and restaurant that is only open on weekdays. The store isn't open 24/7 so no bathroom either.

The bathroom literally had excrement smeared on the floor of the women's restroom.
