Shower not clean and no water pressure

Well got here after a long drive an instead of stopping at a pilot I decided to park at these loves. There’s plenty of parking but the restrooms where out of service including the showers. They could at least have a portable bathroom for customers but they didn’t. I have to walk to a Exxon gas station that was a few minutes away.

Maybe I would rate this higher if the counter guy didn’t laugh in my face when I started to cry bc I forgot my license and couldn’t get cigarettes bc I live an hour and a half away and have to drive all the way here from Massachusetts to …
