Broke down on I40 last night. Called at 7:15am, again at 7:45, then 10am. Always straight to the answering machine. Keep leaving a message. Nobody home? The respectful thing to do would be to at least answer the phone so people don't wait for a call that's never coming.

Contacted them for help with our Mercedes Sprinter Diesel and Josh was EXTREMELY helpful. While we learned that Black Smoke does not work on Sprinter Vans he was wonderful in providing valuable guidance (recommendations on towing provider, alternative repair shop,, and even a nearby RV park). Super knowledgeable and helpful!

Had a Power Devider go out on semi truck and Tim got on it quickly and done a good job also my ac locked up and he fixed it the best mechanic around if you ask me
