Bad experience worthless service i have wait for 2 hour but they do nothing just charged money

I would give 0 if I could. My truck broke down on gthe highway. I have waited for 2 hours. Mechanic came at 1220 and could not do anything. I was billed for 2 hours of a labor and extra for diagnostics. Even though they just took a look at the truck. The cashier was so rude, when I have asked to break down the invoice.
