We were in Idaho from California and had a mechanical issue and Mike went out of his way to come and help us. He gave us some helpful advice and we were able to make it home!! Free of charge! He was very knowledgeable and friendly.

I can’t thank Mike enough. On a Saturday I called and he answered his phone, listened to my problem, diagnosed it over the phone and gave me simple instructions to fix it myself. And it worked! Highly recommended.
