So, let me start off by saying I went through my insurance for the tow assist. Paid my necessary fee. This company was contacted by my insurance company and given my information. Once I was contacted I was informed by this tow service that there would be an additional "$900 before we pick up the vehicle". When I asked about the amount I just paid my insurance I was told that "that amount doesn't even cover the tow". I was informed their shuttle service was an additional $150 because of covid. Called my insurance company and they quickly cancelled and dispatched another company. I'd rather push my car then pay these ridiculous fees that are covered under their contract agreement with insurance companies. Because of this cancellation due to these "additional fees" I'm still sitting here 7 hours later waiting for a better tow service called lebo rods towing service to not hit us with "additional fees".
