Very impressed. I had a problem with my Freightliner that needed a out of the box solution due to poor design and parts shortage. Shannon was willing to look at the issue and see if they could help me out. Ended up taking care of me the same day and were able to fix something no Freightliner dealer was willing/able to. Great crew.
