NAPA Auto Parts

Horrible customer service. They act "put-out" by having to help you order a part. And if you call their phone number they wont answer

Phone number is incorrect. Called and some poor gentleman keeps explaining that he keeps getting these calls, but the current listed number is not for NAPA.

The workers at this store are probably the most helpful and the most patient of all the parts store workers I know. Often I am not sure what I need but these people help me figure it out. Thanks NAPA!
