Just walked into NAPA at same time as a male customer. The man was greeted and helped by employee so I waited. I was completely ignored after other customer left. He couldn't miss me...I was the only customer left in the store. I left and drove directly to O'REILLYS where I was greeted and kindly assisted by a nice young man. We own four vehicles and NAPA lost a lot of business.
