Great folks to do business with. Friendly, knowledgeable counter people. Wayne has probably forgotten more about cars than most know, Stephen is doing his absolute best to know what the customer needs to get back up and going at least on the heavy duty truck side. The others are good people. I just haven't known them as long. This is our go-to local parts house, and most of the time, they keep something that you can get by with at least til the correct part comes in.

I have never been a fan of Napa parts, this was a Car Quest until recently and now we have to deal with Napa. The young man working this time told us that Napa has made some changes in the manufacturers of some of their parts and I am hoping this will improve the quality. The young man working was very knowledgeable and very helpful and friendly.
