Horrible customer service. They dont want to talk nicly and dont even care. I am wrking on getting the corporate involved and hopefully a big lawsuit on their way. Would never recommend and the reviews with one start are absoutely ligitimate.

When I called them to ask them what size tubing for my 13 speed to extend my shifter dude asks me what the size was. Um that's why I called cause I don't know. Hella rude too!!!
