The Cinnabon lady was exceptionally rude.

Have stopped here often as it is a convenient location, but the last few times have been less than ideal. Non-working pumps. Dirty. VERY slow service (including at the Subway, which I understand is a separate business). I realize that it's still hard to find good, consistent help, but this just isn't up to Flying J's usual standards.
