Showers r empty! I don’t know if the cleaner himself is taking a shower or what. I am number 1 on the list and it’s been an 1hr and some showers r empty. Unbelievable

The "security" guy at this location tonight Aug 15th@2am is extremely rude, obnoxious and highly overpaid.
