Having to wait almost an hour for fuel is ridiculous. I get that Ryder uses the low on the totem pole mechanics to pump, and that mechanics are hard to get. So maybe it's time they start hiring people to just pump fuel. We are truck drivers, not doormats. Something has to be fixed.

Don't bother stopping here for fuel. You'll wait over an hour or more. This location is in such disarray that it would be better just to shut it down.
