Initially we had a rental issue given the account manager is in Miami and we are in LA. Carl M from Montebello was quick to resolve our issues and provide us the best resolutions in a timely manner. He went out of his way in assisting during his break! He is a excellent manager, Ryder is happy to have him! Will use it again!
