I went in with a tire problem. I left with it fixed in under 30 minutes. I can't complain about that. The guy at the service desk was pretty friendly too.

On a trip from Florida and had a tire separate from the belts. McGriffs did not have the tire we needed but found a good used tire and put it on our car so we could make it to our destination safely.
