Quick courteous and clear. Popped a tire 3 hours from home, pulled in and said they would take care of us. And they did 45 minutes in and out.

Claimed tie rod was loose, all they had to do was tighten it but “couldn’t”. The old team was better. Not sure what tie rods they deal with but mine tighten by spinning right, basic mechanic knowledge.
