Have the best ownership in Texas. Biggest heavy duty fleet in Metro Plex. Hazardous materials response is the best I ever seen. Great rates, amazing ETA'S. The biggest thing is that The Phillips treat you like family if you work there and the pay is above the standard. New equipment
