Very unprofessional customer service.

Overly priced, staff cares 0% about your car and 100% about your money. The police contract with them and don't care either. They cannot be reached directly, only indirectly through their "call" center. Uncompromising, greedy, and low-quality towing service should not be used by anyone except apparently the police
