Terrible experience. Would not recommend. Either they are racist or they have some issue with people in a bad situation. I came here to pick up my car that someone else was driving who got had some legal trouble. The car was towed on Saturday morning when I called Saturday the guy who answered said it was 85 for the tow and 15 dollars per day after that. I had to go to the police department to get a release letter because I am the owner but I wasn't driving the vehicle so I had to wait until Monday. On Monday I arrive to this place the guy is incredibly condescending and lacks any kind of moral empathy for another human being. Just terrible customer service. He tells me the total is 180.00 after they told me a different price on Saturday. Doesn't even apologize. Then when my brother comes in he tells us he can't accept his card because my brothers legal name has a jr at the end and his debit card does not. He literally looked straight at us and said I can't take your card because this is your father's card. I was dumbfounded. It was my brothers card. All of his debit cards are like that. My brother has never had that issue before, he works at Chase and this is not a thing. Such a disgusting interaction with another human being. We were completely respectful he had no reason to deny my brothers own card we looked it up and banks do not always put the person's Full Legal name on the card. The way this guy handled our interaction leaves me with no choice but to assume that he is racist. I would never come here again and will never recommend this place. I did not come here by choice. Someone else was using my car and was involved with the police. I had to get my car so I could sell it and not pay the daily fee they charge. I'm a single mom and I work two jobs I don't get child support. Sorry I am not white but I was also born here and being rude to me and discriminating will not make me go away. Disgusting behavior,he has no reason to treat us this way. I am completely appalled.

STAY AWAY!! This company broke my steering wheel and they told me that they weren’t going to do anything about it and it’s not like I could take them to court. Chad the “manager” was very unprofessional and said that even though their employee broke my car they were not going to do anything about it. What they don’t know is I do have a lawyer and I will take them to court over this. Again stay away from this company they are crooks.
