We always try to follow up when someone has a less than fantastic experience. After looking through our records we have been unable to determine when you used our service. Please advise.

Dealt with a few tow trucks in my day but Bach’s are awesome! Quick response and pick up. Nice guys too, Chad was friendly and professional the entire trip. If I need towing in the Buffalo area I’m calling these guys first.
