My car got impounded on a Saturday, I called to pick it up and was told I couldn’t pick it up until someone else was in and he wouldn’t be in until Monday. I then got charged an outrageous storage fee for the days I was told I couldn’t pick up my car. First towing experience and I pray to god I’m never forced to use them again.
