This guy ‘Richard’ can’t handle himself in public. Self diagnosing & projecting his mental issues. Customer service, non-existent.

Terrible customer service. Got my car towed by this company, I called and was told the fee was $350 (insane). I get to the location and give my ID and card for payment and then I'm told it's actually more. Then the guy proceeds to enter the location leaving me waiting outside for more than 20 minutes for no reason.
