Terry from CLT responded promptly on the phone on a Sunday night to boot! I had trouble getting a tow through the rental car agency but CLT picked up the job and had me taken care of in no time at all! Thank yall!!

5 stars is not enough for these guys the owner terry is friendly and very understanding n honestly it should be call clt grand rapid response because even at 0430 am terry wasted no time to get where I was I was visiting my gf n her family …
