The employees are ignorant and the fact that they are doing the police's dirty work is unacceptable I will never use these theives to haul or tow anything

I called my insurance company and was told it would be 90 minutes. Over 2 hours later had to have insurance call another tow company. That tow company came fast! Within 15 minutes of getting the call! I will make sure to tell my insurance company to avoid this company if this problem arises again!
