I called for a tow and they told me 4 hours. Got my name number etc... Called them after 5 hours - still no car, they didn't have any record of me or my pick up. Besides all the other terrible reviews I ignored because I needed to get this …

Called them at 11:15am. Was told 30-45 minutes. Called them at 12:15pm. Was told 20 more minutes. Called them at 1:15pm. They told me the tow truck is "stuck in highway traffic jam". After reading the online reviews....yes they are horrible!
