Amazing service and old fashion good neighbor values, He call immediately after USAA assigned him, knew the Camp Lejeune area like he an AI bot, ensured I was safe and able to get to work. I left my truck on the side of the road and headed to work. Ken took it from there, even coached me through honest repair places in the are.
