Metro Towing

Allen was awesome! they came right out hooked me up and got me back on the road with not too long of a delay the whole time I had my kid in the car too and she just stayed asleep!

I had an emergency with my truck and went ahead and gave them a call. Ramzi came to pick up my truck and was very professional. He took very good care of my truck while loading it up which I really do appreciate. I highly recommend them.

I locked my keys in my 2004 Toyota Tundra and called Metro Towing. Two guys (Allen + ?) tried to unlock my truck per usual inflatable balloon and long hook for about 10-15 minutes but said my 2004 Toyota had some kind of weird safety device and kept relocking itself so there was nothing they could do and they still charged me full price. I then called a locksmith who came right over and unlocked my truck in at most 3 minutes with same balloon/hook method. We called Metro Towing to dispute but they said they charge because of their "attempt." Needless to say lesson learned with calling tow company instead of locksmith from beginning but really poor business policy by Metro Towing.
