Just a hint of communication would have made this experience bearable. Communication is key to good customer service. It was 11:20pm when this roadside assistance was contacted. Waited over 3 hours for a tow that was estimated for 90 minutes. Pantusa did not seem to care. At the two-hour mark, I called them and was put on hold immediately. I finally hung up after 15 minutes and called back. Got right through to be told that it would be another 45 minutes (without any apology). Another hour passes. I call again. The driver is en route I am told. 2:30am - the driver arrives. No greeting. No apology. Only asked my name. Loaded the car and got back in his truck and left. No verifying the destination. No goodbye. Nothing. There are PLENTY of other towing services. I would not recommend this one.

Great Job except he forgot to give keys to Firestone.

Great service and arrived early. Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.
