cole gave outstanding and personal service when our diesel bus broke down. he towed it off the highway and then helped repair it the next morning, getting us right back on the road. he was courteous, communicative and extremely timely. If you have to break down in west virginia, make sure it’s with pifers!

Our car broke down on I-77 a few miles from the Mineral Wells exit and we had it towed to Pifers late at night. The next morning they got started on it and were able to get me back on the road that day. Greatly appreciate their assistance and highly recommend them.
